Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for our time together, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled treatment. I appreciate your understanding and support.

Insurance Policy

Sol Den Acupuncture is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, I do accept HSA and FSA cards as forms of payment. If your insurance plan covers out-of-network acupuncture, I’m happy to provide a detailed superbill upon request, which you can submit for possible reimbursement.
